Our party of 4 went to Jinya for lunch. Plenty of indoor seating and there is a covered public garage (free) right behind the building which makes it super convenient (especially on rainy days like today). The food was delicious with generous portions. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, it took over 30 minutes for the food to come out. One of the members of our party ordered a rice bowl and that came out 15 minutes before the rest of our food so she was done eating before we even got our ramen. Other than that, the food is delicious and definitely worth trying out.

I am here in Charleston for a conference and happened upon this happy little spot. The for was Amazing. The kitchen staff was on point with thier communication...but what really made my night was my server Lotus, she was so knowledgeable and personable, that when she told me she had only been there for a week and a half I was floored. I'm not even her parent but that is the level of proud I was. She is impressive, and if I'm ever in town in definitely coming back.

I had the Jinya Original Ramen during my visit to Jinya Ramen in Charleston, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The broth was rich and full of flavor, and the noodles had a great texture—springy and satisfying. The toppings, especially the chashu pork and soft-boiled egg, were well-prepared and made the bowl feel complete. While I’ve had ramen in Japan and that still sets the gold standard for me, I have to say Jinya does a fantastic job of bringing authentic flavors to Charleston. It’s one of the better ramen spots I’ve tried in the U.S., and the quality is consistent and reliable. The restaurant itself has a modern and relaxed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient. If you're craving a comforting bowl of ramen and don't want to hop on a plane to Tokyo, Jinya is definitely worth checking out. I’ll gladly return to try more from their menu! ????????????????

Today was my first time going, and I'm already excited to go back! As soon as i stepped into the restaurant is was greeted by a few of the workers. They were very nice so immediately I felt very welcomed. We sat at the Ramen bar which was great because we were able to watch them cook. The black sweetened iced tea was so good and refreshing i had two glasses and had to stop myself. Me and my boyfriend decided on three appetizers because everything looked so delicious. Our first appetizer was the Jinya Bun which had the most tender piece of pork I've ever had! The flavors with the mayo and sweet sauce on the pork were absolutely perfect! Probably one of my favorite things I had today. My second app were Salmon poke mini tacos. They were fresh, the salmon was cut perfectly so it was very tender and the wonton shell was so crispy! Our third app was the fried octopus balls. Now those were something new for me. They were perfectly plated, very nice. I loved the flavors. The octopus pieces were not tough which is hard to do! Now my only thing with that is be ready for the texture! I didn't expect the inside of the ball to be as soft as it was. That threw me off but still it's was very good and a totally different thing I've never had. Definitely worth a try! I decided to get the Jinya Tonkotsu original with exactly how they served it. No extra toppings just the egg, seaweed, pork slices green onion and spinach. That was the best Ramen I've ever had! The broth was so rich a flavorful, the egg was absolutely delicious! It was seasoned and marinated with soy sauce i think and they cooked it soft boiled which came out perfect. The pork was fall apart tender! Everything about that bowl of Ramen was amazing! My boyfriend ended up choosing the Shrimp Wonton Ramen. He loved it! He said the wontons were so full of shrimp and the flavors were amazing! I didn't get a chance to try it because i had too much to eat already. At the very end we had the chocolate mochi. It was the perfect bite of chocolate rich ice cream. Great end to the meal. It was affordable, fast, fresh and fun. We will 100% be back!

10/10 highly recommend. We visit Charleston every couple months and try somewhere new each time. Would definitely come back here!! The restaurant is clean and nice ambiance. The waiter Maxim was so nice and answered any and all questions we had, catered to us the entire time. They have happy hour which is great to try new things. We tried the Salmon Poke Tacos, Pork Gyoza, Shrimp Wonton Ramen, JINYA Tonkotsu Black, Matcha Mochi, and Panna Cotta (which is to die forrrrr!). The only thing I think the business could do differently is lower the prices of the ramen add ons. There’s three sauces on the table you can add to your ramen if you want. It was amazing. They have tons of locations all over. Definitely a must try! Cost for two (with 2 NA drinks) was $82.53

This place was wonderful and had a friendly atmosphere! Matt our server was kind and patient and explained some of the items to us. The right taste of the ramen broth and how the egg is, is what I look for. This place didn’t disappoint. The broth was well flavored and the spices were all amazing! Everything was reasonably priced as well

We really enjoyed our experience here. The food was great, the staff was on point, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu and options, as well as cocktails. Great suggestions! The only downside of our experience was that it was a bit loud on the inside, and as a result it was hard to talk/hear each other.

Food was so good! We had a vegan ramen and spicy Birria ramen. The buffalo cauliflower is to die for. Heather was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us amazing suggestions
